The troops from 19 Light Brigade and 38 Irish Brigade were at Thiepval Barracks in Lisburn for the latest military health fair.
They received information on several issues including smoking cessation, oral health and alcohol awareness.
The fair will visit all bases in Northern Ireland over the next 12 months.
