BFG families asked to rate medical care 20.02.12

Forces families in Germany are being encouraged to give their views on the medical care they receive. The British Forces Germany Health Service is encouraging as many people as possible to take part in this year's Patient Satisfaction Survey. For three weeks starting today, patients at British Forces Medical Centres in Germany will be able to have their say on the delivery of Primary Health Care. Concerns raised in previous years about the attitude of medical staff led to the introduction of a customer care training scheme. Further issues raised include waiting times, a lack of female doctors, and constantly engaged phones.
