Antishay - Week 1 Health Commitment! & My 2012 Weight Loss Plan :)
This year I intend to make 52 videos (1 per week) as a way to keep myself accountable on my journey to healthy living. I have made only one aim for myself this year, and that is to BE HEALTHY! I'll also be writing posts over at my blog, one per week at least :)
