Juice Fasting - Detox to Jump-Start Weight Loss

I'm doing a 10-day juice fast in order to "reprogram" my body, if you will, to craving and liking raw foods again. I am especially interested in using this juice fast to tackle some of my deeper emotional attachments to food and give my health a boost - which has been suffering due to all the junk food I've been eating. It was the crap foods that made me gain 15 lbs, and I hope to lose those 15 plus more by rejecting crappy foods from now on.

Last Weigh-In: ~175 lbs
TOTAL Lost: 55 lbs

Dream goal weight: 155 lbs
